What a special night. 💙 Another brilliant Blue Balls Ireland men’s meetup at Hazel House Café in Tibradden. The evening was expertly facilitated by @josephjamesgarth , we explored some really insightful topics, particularly around masculine and feminine energy. There was powerful sharing, plenty of active listening and, most importantly, a group of lads who felt heard. And that’s what makes these evenings so powerful. It’s not about having all the answers. It’s about creating a space where men can show up, talk openly, listen to each other and know they’re not alone.
